All items purchased from Maxwell's Quality Footwear are warrantied free from defect for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not include excessive wear or abuse. Footwear is a wear item exposed to many conditions that the manufacturer is not responsible for.

To process a warranty claim for a manufacturer defect, the product must be brought in-store to be assessed along with the original sales receipt. Warranty claims cannot be handled online, or over the telephone as we need to see the physical item as we work to process the claim with the manufacturer.

Maxwell's Quality Footwear is not responsible for keeping track of customer purchases and receipts. The customer is responsible for providing the original sales receipt when wishing to process a claim against manufacturer defect.
