Maxwell's Quality Footwear has a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item, for a full refund. Anything past 14 days will be given a credit note.
Refunds will be given if the product is in brand new condition, not worn, and in its original packaging accompanied by its original sales receipt.
If you wear, soil or use your purchase, we cannot take it back.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
